  5. 1. Prescription Requirement

  7. MOUNJARO® KWIKPEN® is supplied strictly against a valid prescription issued by a registered healthcare practitioner. By placing an order, you confirm that you have provided accurate prescription details and are purchasing for your own lawful personal use.

  9. 2. No Returns Policy

  11. Due to the regulatory requirements governing prescription medicines and cold-chain products, we are unable to accept returns under any circumstances. Once a product has been dispensed and dispatched, it cannot be restocked, reused, or resold.

  13. 3. Replacement Eligibility


     While returns are not permitted, we will provide a replacement in the following rare and exceptional situations, provided a replacement request is submitted within 1 day of order delivery:

    1. Incorrect product delivered

    2. Missing items within the order

    3. Damaged products (including compromised packaging)

    4. Expired or near-expiry products received

    14. All replacement requests may require photographic evidence, order details, and batch/expiry information to verify the issue.

    4. How to Request a Replacement

    Our team will review your request promptly and arrange a replacement if the issue meets the conditions outlined above.

    5. Cold-Chain Handling

    All orders are packed, stored, and transported through a validated cold-chain process. Upon delivery, customers are responsible for immediately refrigerating the product as per storage guidelines provided by their healthcare professional or on the product label.

    6. Non-Liability for Improper Handling

    We are not responsible for product degradation resulting from:

    • Failure to refrigerate promptly upon delivery

    • Improper storage by the customer

    • Delay in collecting the package after delivery attempts

    7. Order Fulfilment

    Orders are processed only after prescription verification, payment confirmation, and availability of stock. Delivery timelines may vary depending on logistics, weather, and regional regulations for pharmaceutical shipments.

    8. Limitation of Use

    By purchasing, you acknowledge that the product must be used strictly as directed by the prescribing doctor. Leanova does not provide medical advice, dosage guidance, or treatment recommendations.
